You can assign a special status to certain people.
For example, members of the board or the works council can be blocked from view by certain users.
In the moduleAdministration / Personnel(tabAdditionalData) these people receive aV.I.P. – number between 1 and 15
From now on, only users who have aV.I.P permission equal to or higher can receive any information about this person; all other users see no information about this person at all.
To give a user aV.I.P. permission, open the user in the moduleSystem / User Management and set the status accordingly:
For keys and people, you have the option to define competence levels. To do this, open the key or person in the moduleAdministration / KeysorAdministration / Personnel and define in the tabGeneral Data one of 15 competence levels.
When issuing a key, portier®VISION compares the two values entered for the key being issued and the receiving person.
If the person does not have at least the same competence value as the key, the issuance is denied with a corresponding message.
This allows the administrator, in collaboration with the respective manager or the company’s security officer, to determine who may receive which keys.
Example:
The key to the medication cabinets may only be issued to a restricted group of people; cleaning company personnel may only receive certain or no group keys at all.
